Nowadays, communication media plays a vital role in carrying
information between Business to Business (B2B) & Business to Customers
(B2C). Reaching the end customers, became a tricky job now. For achieving this,
the companies are handling different types of strategies to attract the
customers. Around 10 years back, companies hiring marketing executives to understand
the customer needs. But, now it is too easy to showcase Product or services. Everything
became online. This can be achieved through Online Shopping. Showcasing the
products also became very attractive in Shopping Malls. Media showcasing a
Product on TV is a Virtual Reality. But customers are seeing it in the screen
and attracted by the graphics. Hence there is no actual quality of the product
is sensed, rather than exposure plays a major part. Latest Trends in Marketing
is SMS Promotions, email promotions, Whatsapp Promotions, Voice Call promotions,
Social Media Promotions etc., Using these kind of promotional techniques,
somewhat we can achieve in the market.
Database also plays a vital role in the market. All business
people are barely in need of databases to reach a mass of customers. For this, companies
are hiring Telemarketers to make calls continuously. Due to this telemarketers
are making calls continuously to the customers, the customers getting tensed by
getting frequent calls. Due to this, the Government restricted the calls for
DND Customers. The DND Registered Customers, having the right to raise
compliant on the Marketing companies for getting disturbed by their continuous
calls. The company should obey, for the TRAI’s regulations on Communication Guidelines.
